We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, staying organised, and becoming an integral part of a supportive and hardworking team.About the RoleAs our Administration & Customer Service Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.Your responsibilities will include:Providing outstanding customer service via phone and emailProcessing customer orders and invoices accuratelyManaging data entry and maintaining customer recordsCoordinating freight bookings and order dispatchesReconciling supplier invoices and supporting accounts administrationLiaising with customers, suppliers,



and transport providersAssisting with general office administrationSupporting warehouse and operational staff when requiredNo prior industry experience is necessary.
