About the Role
We are seeking a trade-qualified Field Service Technician to service and repair beverage equipment across customer sites throughout the Mackay region.
Working autonomously, you will diagnose faults, complete preventative maintenance, and deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring equipment operates safely and reliably.
This role is ideally suited to a qualified Electrician or Refrigeration Technician who enjoys hands-on work and autonomous field service activities
Key Responsibilities




Diagnose and repair equipment faults at customer sitesPerform preventative maintenance and service activitiesSupport a wide range of beverage dispensing and refrigeration equipmentDeliver outstanding customer service and technical supportMaintain accurate service records and reporting documentationManage vehicle stock and parts inventory efficientlyFollow safety procedures and proactively identify risksParticipate in on-call and after-hours support on a rotating rosterContribute to continuous improvement and team initiatives
Skills and Experience Required
Trade qualification in Electrical or RefrigerationStrong fault-finding and troubleshooting capabilityAbility to work independently and manage workloads effectivelyStrong customer service and communication skillsExperience using field service technology and IT systemsFull and valid Driver's LicenceExperience with coffee machines or coffee service environments highly regarded
