Parkside Constructions Pty Ltd - Moonee Ponds VICWe are a small family-run construction business looking for a motivated Junior Site Supervisor to join our team on a casual basis.This role would ideally suit someone currently studying Construction Management, Building & Construction or a similar course who wants to gain real industry experience while completing their studies.You'll work directly alongside our Project Manager and builders across high-end residential homes and multi-unit developments throughout Melbourne, getting genuine exposure to how projects are managed and delivered on site.The RoleYour day-to-day will include:Assisting with day-to-day site supervisionCoordinating and communicating with trades and suppliersChecking progress and quality of worksReading and understanding construction drawingsAssisting with construction programming and sequencingCoordinating materials and deliveriesQuality control and defect managementKeeping sites organised and running efficientlyGeneral hands-on assistance around site when requiredThe role will grow as your knowledge and confidence develop.Who We're Looking ForIdeally, you will:Be studying Construction Management,
Building & Construction or a related courseHave a genuine interest in becoming a Site Supervisor or Project ManagerHave a valid driver's licence and drive manualHave a White Card or be willing to obtain oneBe reliable, organised and willing to learnBe confident communicating with trades and suppliersBe happy to get involved and help out wherever requiredPrevious construction experience is not essential.
