An chance is available for an experienced Strata Manager to join a respected body corporate management business on the Sunshine Coast.

With decades of industry experience, the business takes a personalised approach to managing communities, working closely with committees and owners to protect their assets and navigate the complexities of strata management.

The Prospect
Manage a portfolio of community title schemes, building lasting relationships with committees and owners
Work alongside experienced strata professionals
Apply your knowledge across administration, financial management, maintenance and compliance
Help clients make informed decisions through clear communication and practical guidance

The Role
Oversee the day-to-day management of your body corporate portfolio
Prepare agendas, coordinate and attend AGMs and committee meetings,



and action resolutions
Liaise with owners, committees, resident managers and contractors
Coordinate maintenance, repairs and capital works
Oversee budgets, levies and financial reporting with the relevant support teams
Coordinate insurance renewals, claims and compliance requirements
Provide guidance on legislation, by-laws and governance
Resolve enquiries and disputes professionally and proactively

About You
Previous experience as a Strata Manager or Body Corporate Manager
Sound understanding of Queensland body corporate legislation
Strong communication and relationship management skills
An organised approach to competing priorities and deadlines
Confidence managing meetings and navigating complex stakeholder matters
A commitment to responsive service and positive outcomes for your clients
