P3 Recovery Springwood is seeking a hands-on Centre Manager to run daily operations and lead a small team in a growth-focused workplace. The role rewards initiative with a profit share model once revenue milestones are achieved.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in wellness or related management, a proven sales track record, and a passion for community wellbeing. Base salary is $90,000+ with attractive commissions and bonuses after six months.
