Belle Property Armadale is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Field Officer to join our Property Management team.
In this part-time role, you'll be the eyes on the ground for a portfolio of approximately 890 properties, conducting routine inspections, spotting maintenance and compliance issues before they become bigger problems, and keeping our Property Managers informed so they can focus on what they do best: looking after our clients.

What you'll be doing
Conducting routine property inspections and entry condition reports, Tuesday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rostered basisCoordinating and scheduling inspections directly with rentersPreparing detailed inspection reports with photos,



notes and transparent categorisation of any issuesIdentifying maintenance issues, damage, safety concerns and potential tenancy breachesFollowing up on outstanding maintenance to make sure repairs get actionedKeeping Property Managers and, where needed, owners in the loop on inspection outcomesChecking properties meet minimum rental standards
What you'll bring
