LJ Hooker Rockhampton is looking for a Sales Administrator to provide hands-on administration, contract and marketing support across our Sales Department.
This is a varied and important role within our team, suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys supporting others and can confidently manage multiple priorities.Key responsibilitiesPreparing Form 6 Listing Agreements, reappointments and sales documentationProcessing appraisals and new property listingsMaintaining accurate property, client and compliance recordsPreparing documentation for tenanted properties being soldPreparing contracts and coordinating electronic signingMonitoring contracts, conditions, deposits and key settlement datesLiaising with solicitors, buyers, sellers and other partiesCoordinating property marketingOrdering brochures, signboards and other marketing collateralAbout youExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfidence with technology and learning new systemsInitiative and the ability to think aheadA positive,
