We're currently looking for a compassionate, proactive support worker to assist a client in the Campbelltown area.About the Role:We're seeking a support worker to assist a client living with mental health challenges who is looking to build confidence, re-engage with the community, and work on daily living goals.
The ideal worker will be someone calm, supportive, and proactive — with the emotional intelligence to build trust and help create safe, empowering routines.Your Key Responsibilities:Provide respectful support with personal care and day-to-day routinesSupport community access (e.g., appointments, shopping, social outings)Use active listening, grounding, and reassurance strategiesPromote independence — assist with, not forEncourage confidence, self-worth,
