and the ability to create a welcoming and positive experience from the very first interaction.You'll be responsible for generating leads, conducting tours, converting enquiries into memberships, supporting member retention, and contributing to the overall energy and success of the club environment.What you'll be doing:Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, guest passes, outreach, local partnerships, and community engagementConduct personalised club tours, uncover member goals, present membership solutions, and confidently close salesManage the full sales journey from enquiry and follow-up through to onboarding and member engagementBuild strong relationships with prospective and current members to create a welcoming and supportive club environmentFollow structured sales systems and contribute to individual and club KPI performanceRespond to enquiries across phone, email, social media, and in-club interactions professionally and efficientlySupport member retention initiatives and assist with member account enquiries where requiredMaintain strong product knowledge across memberships, retail, supplements, Personal Training, and club servicesCreate engaging social media content and support club marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and lead generationWork collaboratively within a fast-paced, high-energy,
