Vollers Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Service/Internal Sales professional to join our team on a part-time basis.
This role is based in Albion Park Rail, NSW ****.
You will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service whilst driving internal sales initiatives.
This position plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our business through proactive sales engagement.Key responsibilitiesResponding to customer enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels in a qualified and timely mannerProcessing customer orders and managing administrative tasks related to sales transactionsIdentifying opportunities to promote products and services to existing and potential customersProviding product information and recommendations to support customer decision-makingMaintaining accurate customer records and updating relevant databasesCoordinating with other departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled efficientlyFollowing up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concernsContributing to the achievement of sales targets and business objectivesSupporting the team with general administrative duties as requiredWhat we're looking forProven experience in customer service, internal sales or a similar administrative roleExcellent communication skills,
