This permanent part‐time role is 4 days per week, with travel to client homes across the region and an hourly rate of $*****–$***** depending on experience.You will work within a multidisciplinary team, providing assessment, intervention and adaptations to maximise independence and quality of life for clients, with compliance to Anglicare values.
