Cater Care is seeking a People Services Coordinator to provide hands-on HR coordination across the employee lifecycle.
Youll support onboarding, changes, and exits, respond to HR enquiries, and ensure accuracy of people records and HRIS.Reporting to the People Services & Programs Advisor, you will partner with Payroll, Recruitment and the wider People Team, enable compliance with work rights, and help deliver a seamless employee experience through proactive process improvements.
