Your reps carry the territories; you carry the state: the number, the team, the key accounts and wholesalers.
You will lead the field sales team across the state, own key accounts and manage the state budget and trading performance.Key responsibilitiesLead the team: recruit, coach and manage Sales RepsConduct monthly field days with every rep; coaching in trade, not from a deskPersonally manage the state's major on-premise groups and off-premise banner and buying groupsNegotiate ranging, promotions and terms,
