No cost.This role is about making sure the people who need that support know TIACS exists, trust the service, and know how to access it.TIACS - The Home of Blue Collar Counselling By Industry for IndustryThe roleThis is not a desk-based role.Based in Brisbane, you'll work nationally across worksites, industry events and community initiatives, building trusted relationships with workers, employers, industry groups and decision-makers.You'll lead TIACS' engagement activity across priority industries and regions, while connecting on-the-ground insights with the broader partnerships strategy to identify opportunities and create longer-term impact.The role includes regular interstate and regional travel, early starts, evening events and occasional weekend work.If you enjoy being out with people and building relationships face-to-face, this could be a outstanding fit.What you'll be doingBuilding trusted relationships with workers, employers, supervisors and industry leadersRepresenting TIACS across worksites, industry events and community activitiesDelivering practical,



relatable engagement that makes mental health support easier to understand and accessBuilding repeat engagement across priority industries and regionsIdentifying partnership, alliance and fundraising opportunities from conversations in the fieldWorking closely with the Head of Partnerships & Impact to progress opportunitiesCoordinating national engagement activity, bookings and travelCapturing engagement activity, contacts and insights in HubSpotSharing on-the-ground themes, barriers and opportunities with the wider TIACS teamSupporting and guiding the Industry & Community Engagement Officer where requiredWho we're looking forYou do notneed to be a counsellor.
This is a non-clinical role.We're looking for someone grounded, credible and genuinely good with people.You might come from a community engagement, partnerships, fundraising or field-based background.More importantly, you'll be someone that can walk onto a worksite and connect naturally with the crew, then sit down with senior leaders and hold your own.You'll need to be able to:Build trust without relying on a polished sales pitchCommunicate naturally with different audiencesHandle sensitive conversations with good judgement and clear boundariesWork independently and stay organised across a national travel scheduleFollow through on conversations and relationships hRepresent TIACS in a way that is authentic, approachable and down to earth
