7/7 FIFO roster (or DIDO from Kalgoorlie), a competitive remuneration package and bonus structure, and the opportunity to be part of an exciting growth journey.What You'll Be Doing:Providing hands on leadership and support to the Process Shift Supervisor and Process TechniciansPromoting a strong safety culture and leading by example every dayIdentifying opportunities to improve plant performance, safety, recovery and cost efficiencyAssisting with plant commissioning activities, optimisation projects and improvement initiativesSupporting metallurgical performance and ensuring production targets are achievedMentoring and developing team members to build capability across the operationEnsuring all activities are conducted in an environmentally responsible and sustainable mannerContributing to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.About YouWe're looking for a driven and authentic leader who naturally puts people first while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accountability and operational results.
You'll be someone who enjoys coaching others, solving problems and creating a positive team environment where everyone can perform at their best.To be successful, you'll bring:Minimum 5 years' experience in mineral processing including GoldPrevious experience in a Leading Hand, Senior Process Technician or similar capacityStrong leadership,



communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environmentSound time management and organisational capabilitiesExperience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
