you'll be helping riders gear up for everything from their first ride to their next big adventure.You'll provide expert advice, build customer relationships and ensure every rider leaves with the right products for their motorcycle, riding style and journey ahead.This is a sales-focused role where your ability to connect with customers, identify their needs and maximise every sales opportunity will drive your success.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phoneFollow a structured sales process to maximise every customer interactionRecommend and sell parts, riding gear and accessories suited to customer needsEnsure customers are fully equipped with all their riding essentialsLiaise with the Workshop and Sales teams to ensure motorcycles are delivered complete and on timeBuild relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat businessMaintain showroom presentation, merchandising displays and promotional areasManage stock control, ordering, receiving and inventory accuracyStay up to date with new products, promotions and industry trendsAttend product launches, supplier training and sales development programsWhat We're Looking ForEssentialOutstanding customer service and communication skillsRetail sales experience with a passion for delivering resultsStrong computer literacy and attention to detailExcellent time management and organisational skillsA positive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work every SaturdayHighly DesirableMotorcycle knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for the industryExperience riding motorcycles, participating in track days, adventure riding, motocross or the broader motorcycle communityBasic mechanical understanding of motorcyclesExperience selling automotive, motorcycle or technical productsMost importantly...We're looking for someone who genuinely loves motorcycles and enjoys helping fellow riders.
