You'll be highly motivated to make an impact, not afraid to bring great ideas to the table and a true people person whose priority is to ensure every customer is getting the excellent service and food experience we're known for.
This position will see you running shifts day-to-day, whilst managing wages and inventory whilst on shift.Some of the things which would make you a standout candidate:Experience dining/kitchen/bar management, leading a service; executing 100% standards around quality, service and cleanliness.Understand the importance of pre-shifts, peak hours, non-peak hours,
