What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting the CS Manager with daily operational and administrative tasks
Managing SAP Ariba for raising purchase orders and goods receipt processes
Applying for council permits and updating our council spreadsheet daily for deliveries and removals
Handling owner driver spreadsheets and processing payments
Running SAP reports for management as needed
Communicating with staff, sites, and external stakeholders regarding collections and disposal activities
Reviewing disposal data and ensuring accurate confirmation entries
Supporting operational teams with Salesforce data entry and case management
Assisting with billing queries and creating temporary jobs in Salesforce
Coordinating depot activities and managing vendor onboarding through SAP Ariba
Managing facility trackers, purchase orders, and raising credit disputes via Salesforce and OASIS
Providing support for National Key Accounts inquiries and follow-up tasks
Complying with all company policies and procedures
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service ethic and professional work attitude
Competent with computer systems and software
Valid driver’s licence
Nice to Have:
Experience with SAP Ariba and accounting systems
Salesforce knowledge
Familiarity with Gmail and general cloud-based platforms
Preferred Education & Experience:
Tertiary qualification or equivalent in Business Administration or related field preferred
Proven experience working in a fast-paced administrative environment
