We are seeking Machine Operators to join our team at Bianco Reinforcing in Gepps Cross, South Australia. This full-time role is an integral part of our manufacturing operations, responsible for the safe and productive operation of specialised machinery to produce high-quality steel reinforcement products.
What you'll be doing
Operate a range of industrial machinery, including cutting, bending, overhead cranes, to produce steel reinforcement products to accurate specifications
Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and finished products as required
Perform routine housekeeping and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety
Monitor production processes and quality control measures to identify and resolve any issues
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines
Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations and procedures
What we're looking for
Experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar industrial manufacturing role would be advantageous
Solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate a variety of heavy machinery
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to maintain quality and efficiency
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive, safety-focused culture
A current Forklift Licence is highly regarded, as the role may require assisting with loading and unloading
Other relevant qualifications or certifications would also be viewed favourably
