Ecosa is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Geelong store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead all aspects of the store—from sales floor to stockroom—and be a visible, trusted leader who brings energy, consistency and commercial acumen.

You will deliver a secure, welcoming customer experience, maintain on-brand merchandising, analyse daily reports to drive sales, coach the team, and coordinate inventory.
