BaptistCare Retirement Living is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join the team in Melbourne on a hybrid basis. You will guide contracts from sale through settlement to exit, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal and village teams to keep steps transparent and compliant.

Knowledge of Retirement Living legislation is valued; you will support financial admin, templates, and reporting while contributing to continuous process improvement in a national organisation.
