We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Grocery Filler to join our supermarket team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace, takes pride in presentation and is committed to providing excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Replenish grocery shelves and ensure products are fully stocked
Maintain neat, clean and well-presented shelves at all times
Rotate stock and check product dates regularly
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation procedures
Check pricing, ticketing and product displays
Ensure promotional displays are correctly set up and maintained
Assist with receiving, unpacking and storing stock
Keep aisles, shelves and back-of-house areas clean and organised
Assist customers with product enquiries when required
Report damaged, missing or low-stock items to the supervisor
Follow all store procedures, workplace health and safety requirements




Work effectively as part of a team

About You

We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable and punctual
Hardworking and physically capable of lifting and moving stock
Well organised and able to work efficiently
Friendly and customer-focused
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Has a solid attention to detail
Takes pride in maintaining high standards of presentation
Adaptable with availability, including weekends and early starts
Previous supermarket or grocery experience is preferred but not essential
