Metro Fire Systems is looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Fitter to join our construction team in Brisbane. The role will involve installation of fire sprinkler systems on commercial construction projects, working safely and efficiently with a growing fire protection company.
Key responsibilities
Installation of fire sprinkler systems on commercial construction projects
Installation of sprinkler pipework, valves, fittings and associated equipment
Reading construction drawings and sprinkler layouts
Coordinating with supervisors and other trades on site
Testing and assisting with commissioning of completed systems
Working in accordance with project specifications, Australian Standards and site safety requirements
About you
Previous experience as a fire sprinkler fitter
Relevant trade qualifications/licences where applicable
Construction White Card
Current driver licence
Ability to read plans and work independently
Good workmanship and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and safety focused
EWP, Working at Heights and other construction tickets are highly regarded
