About the Role:

finPOWER Connect is lending and deposit management software used by 400+ businesses across Australia and Recent Zealand. We’re looking for a commercially driven Client Growth Manager to grow revenue across our established customer base.

This is a hands-on, target-driven role with real autonomy: you build your own pipeline, run your own process, and see your numbers directly reflected in what you earn.

In this role, you’ll build solid client relationships, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and help customers gain greater value from our products, modules and integrations. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio and sales approach while working closely with our Sales and Marketing team.

What you will do:
Manage and grow relationships across our existing customer base
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across products, modules and integrations
Conduct regular account reviews to understand client needs and maximise value
Prepare and present tailored proposals for upgrades and expansions
Maintain accurate pipeline,



account and forecasting information
Work with Sales and Marketing to support product adoption and revenue growth

What you will bring:
B2B account management or sales experience
A track record of growing revenue from existing customers
Confidence managing discovery, presentations, negotiations and closing
Solid communication skills and commercial ownership
Finance software or financial services experience is advantageous, but not essential
