Naturelinks is seeking an experienced RTW Coordinator to support the health and wellbeing of our team. You will manage RTW plans from initial notification through to recovery, liaising with injured employees and managers to achieve timely, sustainable returns.
The role requires knowledge of Victorian workers' compensation and RTW legislation, plus accreditation in RTW or occupational rehabilitation. Hybrid, part time (25hrs/wk) arrangements apply across North Melbourne and Mornington depots.
