PROJECT COORDINATOR
Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent prospect for someone with experience in the construction, landscaping, building or trades industry who enjoys keeping projects organized, coordinating multiple moving parts, and working closely with project teams, contractors and clients.

The successful candidate will provide essential coordination and administrative support across projects, helping ensure they are delivered efficiently, on time and to a high standard. Based on the scope of the role, the successful candidate can expect a salary of AUD $90,000 to $110,000 + superannuation.

About the Role
Coordinate projects from planning through to completion and handover
Work closely with Project Managers, clients, contractors and internal teams
Assist with project scheduling, documentation, procurement and day-to-day coordination




Track project progress, deadlines and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule
Assist with quotes, purchase orders, invoices and project documentation
Maintain accurate project records and provide regular updates to the project team
Identify potential issues early and help coordinate solutions
Work in a hands-on setting where your organisation and attention to detail directly impact project outcomes

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Contracts Administrator or similar role
Construction, landscaping, building or trades industry experience is highly desirable
Robust organisational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multipl
