Claims Coordinator

Brisbane Inner City | Monday to Friday | $40 per hour + super | 6-Month Temporary Assignment | Immediate Start

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded residential insurance repair business, delivering exceptional outcomes through technical expertise, customer-focused service, and cutting-edge technology. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Claims Coordinator to join their collaborative team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced workplace where no two days are the same. Working closely with Project Managers, Assessors, Supervisors, Trades and Insurers, you will play a key role in ensuring residential insurance claims are managed efficiently and customers receive a high level of service throughout the repair process.

Key Responsibilities include:
Coordinating and progressing residential insurance claims
Managing inbound and outbound customer and stakeholder communications




Updating claims information across company portals
Liaising with customers, insurers, trades, and internal teams
Responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly
Building strong stakeholder relationships to ensure positive customer outcomes
Supporting the wider team in achieving performance targets and service standards

About You:
Previous experience in administration, coordination, customer service, claims, or a similar role
The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Confidence engaging with a variety of stakeholders
A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
A positive attitude and desire to contribute to team success
