The Role
As our Service Manager, you won’t just be managing schedules; you’ll be the architect of the customer experience. You will oversee a high-volume workshop, lead a team of skilled technicians and advisors, and ensure our operations are as high-performance as the vehicles we sell.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and motivate a large service team to hit KPIs and maintain a culture of excellence.
Operational Efficiency: Optimise workshop flow to maximize productivity without compromising on quality.
Customer Experience: Maintain Kerry’s reputation for outstanding customer service.
Financial Performance: Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
Compliance:
Ensure all safety standards and manufacturer requirements are met across our diverse brand portfolio.
What You Bring to the Table
Proven Experience: You have a solid track record as a Service Manager or Senior Assistant Service Manager within a franchised dealership with at least 3 years experience.
Technical Savvy: While you're in the office, you speak the language of the workshop fluently.
Leadership: You know how to build a team that actually wants to come to work.
Adaptability: You can pivot quickly in a quick-paced environment.
