H1 Healthcare is seeking experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team. We offer ongoing, reliable work with consistent minimum 2- 8-hour shifts and the opportunity to build a genuine, long-term connection with a participant.
You'll provide person-centered support including personal care, manual handling, medication assistance, daily living support, meal preparation, community access, and appointments.

Compassionate, reliable, and patient

Solid communication and relationship-building skills

Passionate about providing quality, person-centered care

NDIS Worker Screening Check

National Police Check
/n
First Aid & CPR
/n
Working With Children Check
/n
Full Driver's License & reliable vehicle (preferred)
