Key Responsibilities /n

Fillet and prepare a variety of fresh fish to a high standard.
/n
Skin, trim and portion fish accurately.
/n
Assist customers with seafood selection and cooking advice.
/n
Maintain a clean, protected and hygienic workstation and display areas.
/n
Handle and store seafood products in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards
/n
Accurately weigh, price and pack seafood products for customers.
/n
Deliver excellent customer service to all customers.
/n
About You /n
/n
Previous experience as a Fishmonger or Seafood Filleter is essential.
/n
Excellent knife skills and seafood preparation experience.
/n
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced retail workplace.
/n
Friendly, reliable and customer-focused.
/n
Knowledge of Australian seafood species is highly regarded.
/n
