Our success starts with exceptional people, and we're committed to supporting you at every step.Job DescriptionThis is a permanent, full-time Service Manager role offering 38 hours per week across before and after school care, plus hours during the holiday programme.
You will need to be available every morning, every afternoon and during the holiday programme.You will be responsible for:Leading and supporting a team of dedicated Educators at your schoolOverseeing the day-to-day operations and programming of before and after school care and vacation careBuilding strong relationships with families, the school and the wider communityEnsuring compliance with NQF standards and TASK policiesManaging rostering, records and reportingWorking closely with your Area Manager, supporting and assisting with administrative dutiesCreating a fun, inclusive, enriching and safe environment for childrenWhy you'll love this role:A great opportunity to lead a service and mentor other educatorsMake a real impact.

You have:Managerial experience, with OOSH experience preferredConfidence in the end to end management of a serviceAvailability every morning, every afternoon and during the holiday programmeA Certificate III (or higher) in Children's Services, Education, or a related field is preferredA valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)Completion certificate for Foundations of Child Safety Training (GECCKO)First Aid (HLTAID012), CPR, and asthma and anaphylaxis trainingCurrent child protection trainingA commitment to putting child safety and families firstUnmatched support.
