Job Description

Mallee Track Health and Community Service is seeking a part time Health Care Worker in Sea Lake, VIC. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering quality nursing care under supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting residents to maintain independence and dignity.

Responsibilities include personal care, care planning, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure protected, respectful, and person-centred care for residents living in a residential aged care setting.
