About The Role /n
Reporting to the Store Development Project Manager, this is a hands-on, production-focused role where precision and pace matter equally. Whether you're looking for part time or full time hours, we're versatile - what matters most is the quality of your craft.
A day in the life /n
/n
Manufacturing and assembling cabinetry and joinery products to specification
/n
Interpreting plans and preparing cutting lists for each job
/n
Measuring, cutting, routing, gluing,
and assembling timber components with precision
/n
Operating CNC, panel saw and other workshop machinery safely
/n
Ensuring accurate alignment, fitting, and finishing across all joinery work
/n
Working collaboratively with the broader team to meet deadlines
/n
About You /n
/n
Proven experience in joinery or cabinetry
/n
Sound knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
/n
Previous experience using panel saw, edge banders and CNC machines
/n
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
/n
Demonstrable ability to read and interpret plans
/n
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
/n
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
/n
