We're on the hunt for an experienced Welder to join a busy structural steel workshop delivering large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
This role suits someone who enjoys production welding, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work efficiently in a quick-paced fabrication environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Production MIG welding of structural steel components
Welding beams, columns, brackets, cleats, and heavy steel assemblies
Working from shop drawings and fabrication plans
Ensuring welds meet quality and industry standards
Assisting with fabrication and fit-up when required
Following workshop health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For
Proven experience welding structural steel
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings




Experience working with heavy steel sections
Valuable understanding of welding symbols and tolerances
Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
Able to work well within a production team
Current welding tickets are advantageous but not essential
