This is the perfect role for someone who's motivated, confident with people, and ready to learn sales skills that can build a long-term career.You'll get training, structure, support, and hands-on experience across the full sales process.What you'll be doingSupporting property listings from start to finishTalking with buyers and sellers (calls, texts and emails)Helping with open homes and appointmentsKeeping the CRM/database updated and organisedHelping with marketing (photos, signboards, brochures, online ads)Assisting with contracts and admin tasksProspecting is a big part of this roleYou'll also be doing daily lead generation, including:Cold calling buyers and sellersProspecting calls to book appraisalsDoor knockingLetterbox dropsIf you're consistent and not afraid of talking to people, you'll do well.We'd love to hear from you if you'reDriven, reliable,
