We're partnering with a global organisation seeking an experienced Payroll Remediation Consultant to lead a critical payroll remediation project ahead of a major payroll implementation.
This role will focus on investigating payroll risks, resolving compliance issues, improving processes, and ensuring the business is ready for implementation.
What you'll be doing:
Lead remediation of critical payroll findings
Investigate underpayments and systemic payroll issues
Implement process improvements and controls
Support testing and validation activities
Manage local and global stakeholders
Prepare transparent updates and recommendations for senior leadership
What we're looking for:
Solid knowledge of Australian payroll legislation
Experience in payroll remediation, compliance or transformation programs
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
Payroll system experience is less important than deep payroll expertise, although exposure to Workday, ADP or large-scale payroll projects will be highly regarded. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced contractor or consultant who thrives on solving complex payroll challenges and delivering outcomes quickly.
