Registered Nurse - Women's and Children's Ward

Multiple full time and part time Registered Nurse opportunities are available for experienced nurses passionate about caring for women, children and families in a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

About the Ward
The Women's & Children's Ward provides acute women's, paediatric and maternity care within a supportive multidisciplinary team. As a Baby Friendly accredited health service, BRHS is committed to evidence-based maternity care and supporting nursing and midwifery students at all stages of learning.
What You'll Do
Deliver safe, evidence-based care to women, children and families across acute, paediatric and maternity services.
Assess, plan and deliver care while responding confidently to changing patient needs.
Collaborate with experienced nursing, midwifery, medical and allied health teams to achieve excellent outcomes.
Support seamless patient journeys with effective communication, handover and discharge planning.
Contribute to student development, quality improvement and professional nursing practice.
Skills & Experience:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 2 years recent acute nursing experience
Graduate year completed or equivalent experience
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
BLS certification required; ALS and postgraduate studies advantageous
