Consolidated Power Projects Australia seeks an experienced primary design leader in NSW to guide a design team while staying closely involved in technical delivery. The role balances about 80% hands-on design and 20% people leadership across HV substations, BESS, and related energy infrastructure.
You will mentor staff, coordinate workloads, and ensure quality and constructability in collaboration with construction teams. An Electrical Engineering background and HV experience are essential.
