As we continue to grow and deliver on our **** Vision, we're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to three senior leaders at our Head Office, The Works, in Cremorne.About the roleThis is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly connected environment.
As Executive Assistant, you'll be a trusted partner to three leaders, helping them stay organised, focused and connected as they drive strategic priorities across the business.
You'll manage complex diaries, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare meeting materials, support reporting and presentations, and keep communication flowing between leaders, teams and stakeholders.Acting with discretion, integrity and confidentiality, you'll be an extension of your leaders' brand — representing them with professionalism, warmth and confidence at every level of the business.What you'll be doingManaging complex diaries, annual calendars, travel itineraries and expensesCoordinating leadership meetings, agendas, materials and general administration as well as organising offsite appointments and eventsYou will be a key information conduit between leaders, internal teams and external partnersSupporting clear and timely communication of business updates, initiatives and strategic prioritiesWorking closely with the Operations and Senior Leadership Team to improve ways of working, and partnering with the EA network across A&NZ; to strengthen collaboration and team effectivenessHelping build culture and engagement across the teams through positive, respectful and constructive communicationLooking for opportunities to streamline processes,
improve efficiency and support better outcomesWhat you'll bringAt least five years' experience supporting senior leaders as an Executive Assistant or in a similar roleStrong diary, travel, calendar and meeting coordination experienceExcellent communication skills, with the ability to share information clearly and professionallyStrong relationship-building skills across senior leadership, teams, customers, suppliers and external partnersA high level of discretion, integrity and confidentialityConfidence preparing presentations and leadership materialsStrong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing prioritiesCuriosity, sound judgement and a genuine can‐do attitudeAn interest in exploring new technologies, including AI, to reduce manual work and improve efficiencyWhy Reece?
