Process Systems is seeking an Internal Sales Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis.

Based in Tingalpa, QLD ****, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales function by providing technical knowledge, solution design, and customer support.
This role is essential to our business success, enabling us to deliver innovative mechanical engineering solutions that exceed client expectations and drive revenue growth.What you'll be doingProviding technical expertise and product knowledge to support the sales team in responding to customer enquiries and proposalsAssisting in the design and development of customised solutions for clients based on their specific mechanical engineering requirementsPreparing detailed technical specifications, quotations, and documentation for prospective customersLiaising between customers and internal engineering teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and achievableSupporting the pre-sales process by conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations to clientsCollaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing customer relationshipsMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range, capabilities, and industry developmentsResponding promptly to technical enquiries and providing guidance on product suitability and applicationsContributing to the development of sales materials and technical documentation that support the sales processWhat we're looking forA background (previous experience) or education in mechanical engineeringStrong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, design practices,
