The Director of AI & Innovation role leads the AI playbook for a nationally ranked AEC firm, working directly with the CEO and division presidents to assess enterprise AI opportunities and build a compelling adoption roadmap.
You will pilot AI tools across BIM automation, generative design, predictive scheduling, and AI-assisted QA/QC and bid development, partnering with IT and legal on secure deployment and driving change management to scale pilots into firm-wide practice.
