We're looking for an
Operations Supervisor
to take charge of our night shift, ensuring loads are covered, drivers are supported and customers receive the service they expect.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Lead and manage drivers, subcontractors and tow operators
Monitor and execute planned loads, ensuring everything is covered
Troubleshoot driver absences and re-plan loads when needed
Keep customers informed and resolve issues quickly
Monitor driver performance, compliance and fatigue management
Review run sheets, payroll and subcontractor payments
Ensure incidents, paperwork and systems are accurately managed
Identify issues before they become problems and
make decisions under pressure




WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Transport industry experience and strong operational knowledge
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Robust attention to detail
A practical, solutions-focused mindsetAbility to stay calm and make decisions in a

Basic Fatigue Management accreditation
