Amplitude Energy is seeking an experienced Major Maintenance Lead to drive alignment between maintenance, operations, engineering and supply chains on scope, resourcing and scheduling decisions for major maintenance events.
Key responsibilities:
Establish event premise including scope, critical path and duration
Act as the escalation point for readiness risks identified during major campaign preparation
Development of fit for purpose maintenance work packs
Driving cross-functional alignment by integrating materials, resource planning, permitting and vendor management requirements.
Leading end-to-end readiness assurance through readiness reviews, key milestone delivery and proactive action management
Lead post-campaign reviews
Contribute to continuous improvement practices
Ensure compliance with HSEC requirements and foster a robust safety culture
Provide on-site presence with regular travel to Orbost and Port Campbell facilities
About you

Desired Skills and Experience:
8+ years within the oil and gas industry (or equivalent heavy industry).
Proven leadership of leading major shutdown / turnaround readiness beyond coordination or scheduling
Solid knowledge of maintenance methodologies and asset integrity and reliability engineering principles in oil and gas facilities.
Demonstrated experience stewarding major work pack scope and quality
Proficient with CMMS (SAP/Maximo) and data-driven maintenance practices
Tertiary or trade qualification in mechanical engineering, maintenance or related discipline
Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills




Ability to travel regularly to Orbost and Port Campbell sites
