You're comfortable working independently in the community and take pride in providing respectful, person-centred care.Essential RequirementsCertificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualificationMinimum 1 year of experience supporting older people or vulnerable members of the communityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of person-centred careCurrent First Aid and CPR Certificate, or willingness to obtainCurrent National Police Check, or willingness to obtainCurrent NSW Driver Licence and access to a reliable vehicleCurrent and unrestricted Australian working rightsAdditional language skills are highly valued, particularly Chinese, Greek or Arabic, to support clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.About 3Bridges3Bridges is a For Impact organisation supporting wellbeing across all life stages through Aged Care, Community Health, Education Programs and Services.
