Weeks 1 & 2: 4:45am – 1:30pm

The Role As a Maintenance Fitter, you’ll play a key role in ensuring plant reliability, equipment performance, and production efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
Preventative and breakdown maintenance
Fault finding and troubleshooting machinery
Repairs to conveyors, pumps,
gearboxes, motors and production equipment
Continuous improvement and reliability projects
Supporting production teams to minimise downtime
Working collaboratively with electricians and operations personnel
What We’re Looking For
Trade Qualified Fitter & Turner / Mechanical Fitter
Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food processing or industrial environments
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
Commitment to safety and quality
A positive attitude and team-first mentality
Reliable, accountable and willing to learn
Highly Regarded
Food or FMCG experience
Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge
Welding and fabrication experience
CMMS or maintenance management system experience
