What will you do?
Support Consultants and the Managing Consultant to improve recruitment speed and quality
Build and maintain candidate pools,
folders and keep candidates warm
Conduct candidate searches using Seek Premium Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter
Complete elements of the Woods & Co 8-Step Recruitment Process
Ensure all activity is accurately recorded in Bullhorn
Provide weekly WIP updates and submit at least one top candidate per week
What do you need?
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
Comfortable working in a fast paced setting with transparent KPI expectations
