About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, reliable, and experienced Chef/Cook to join our growing hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications.
Ensure consistency in food quality, portion control, and presentation.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health, and safety.
Assist with menu planning and development.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management.
Minimise food wastage and maintain cost control procedures.
Ensure kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained appropriately.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant, café, hotel, or catering environment.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Relevant culinary qualifications are highly regarded.
Requirements
Valid Australian working rights.
Food Safety Certificate (preferred).
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
