Where your story starts:
We currently have an prospect available for an enthusiastic, self-starting Forklift driver / store person to join our close-knit team in our Perth Distribution Centre located in Welshpool, WA.
Working AFTERNOON SHIFT, Monday-Friday in a full time position, your primary responsibilities will be picking customer orders, loading and unloading of our trucks, racking and general forklift duties.
This role will be a combination of forklift duties AND pick/packing duties - so it won't suit someone who is wanting to sit on a forklift all day.
Role you’ll play:
We are looking for a people focused and safety minded person who is ready to join a leading business in a pivotal role.
You must have a keen attitude and willingness to learn current things along with the following skills and experience:
Forklift licence (required) with min 3 months experience
Pick packing - manual warehouse duties
Experience loading and unload trucks and trailers
Must be able to work autonomously
Strong customer service skills
Physically fit as there is some manual lifting involved in this role
Exceptional awareness of safety in the workplace
