About the Role

As a Town Planner at PPLAN, you'll play a key role in managing projects and delivering exceptional planning outcomes for our clients. This is a great chance for a motivated planner who enjoys autonomy, values teamwork, and is passionate about development and planning.

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing planning advice, guidance, and fee proposals to clients
Preparing, lodging, and managing Development Applications with local councils and State agencies
Coordinating planning projects from initial enquiry through to approval
Managing client communications and consultant interactions
Undertaking administrative tasks associated with consultancy services

About You

We're looking for someone who is:




Energetic, proactive, and solutions-focused
Highly motivated and organised
Able to work independently while contributing positively to a cooperative team environment
An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Passionate about planning and development

Essential requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Town Planning (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar planning role
Current driver's licence
Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
