Job Description

Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the Delta Rue kitchen in a busy luxury hotel setting. You will run a section (grill, wok or larder), preparing mise en place and ensuring top quality across dishes.

You’ll work with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu development, train across sections, and uphold strict HACCP standards while mentoring junior staff in a qualified culture.
